WFS Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting hand-finished fashion and wearable art. Every WFS piece is created with intention, detail, and care — nothing is mass-produced, and every item is treated as its own work of art.

Processing & Shipping Times

Some pieces are crafted, distressed, or sewn by hand, processing times may take up to 2 weeks before your order ships.
Many orders ship sooner, but this time frame allows us to maintain the quality and precision that define WFS.

 

 

Once your order is fulfilled, a shipping confirmation and tracking number will be emailed to you.

Pre-Order Policy

Certain items in our store may be listed as Pre-Order. This allows us to produce small-batch, carefully crafted pieces with accurate sizing and demand.

For all pre-orders:

  • Please allow 4–6 weeks from your purchase date for production and shipping.
    (Some orders may ship sooner based on material availability and production speed.)

  • Payment is collected upfront to secure materials and begin production.

  • By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the estimated wait time.

  • Occasional delays may occur due to production volume, material sourcing, or high demand.

Shipping Carriers & Delivery

Orders are shipped using USPS / UPS / FEDEX / DHL . Shipping method will depend on your location and order size.

Estimated delivery once shipped:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 2–5 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (varies by country and customs processing)

Please note: once your package is handed to the carrier, transit delays are outside of our control. We encourage you to monitor your shipment using the tracking number provided at fulfillment.
